Spoke to Imran on the phone on the Sunday, booked in a test drive for the Monday, saw it on the Monday morning and after the test drive I drove away the same day! Was a bit tentative as it was a 2 hour drive for me but couldn't be happier. He was really polite, upfront about the vehicle, honest and professional and the car was presented very well, clean and tidy inside and out. No complaints at all

Best independent dealer we have ever used!
I purchased my VW Touran just over a month ago and decided I would wait a while before leaving a review incase there was any issues with the car. But there has been absolutely NO faults or issues!! I would HIGHLY recommend Hamia motors. They are good honest people. Customer service was above and beyond my expectations. From the basics of answering all my questions, right up to even picking me up from Bristol Temple meads train Station so I could collect my Touran. The guys at Hamia motors are friendly and very knowledgeable. They treat the cars for sale like they were their own cherished cars. They have a very good looked after selection of stock. If I'd had a bigger budget I would of had one of their Porsche's!! Nothing wrong with dreaming though!! Anyway, on viewing the car. We were left to have a good look around it and take it for a test drive. There was no time limit and at no point were we put under pressure to buy or to hurry up while exploring the car. We have now had our car for over 5 weeks. It drives faultlessly and we could tell its been looked after properly. The wife and I argue daily over who's driving it as its such a pleasure to drive. If you purchase from Hamia motors then you get an extended warranty free but you can extend it for longer. Which we did. If we were looking for a second car Hamia motors would be our first port of call as we thoroughly trust them. On behalf of myself and my family. Very helpful - low mileage cars
They were very helpful and not pushy at all, and offered to drop the car off to me. The cars on the lot all seem to be low mileage and really well looked after. The polo I bought had only done 14k miles, and had one owner. Only a short walk from Lawrence Hill train station.

Top Service from a great little car dealer!
I can’t lie I was a bit sceptical buying from such a small dealer and I ended up doing more research into them than I otherwise would have to check them out. There is a reason that I found no negative reviews or comments anywhere and that my additional ‘belt-and-braces’ research was totally unwarranted as Hamia Motors were nothing short of excellent. Not pushy in any way and following a couple of issues on my side, nothing was a trouble. Furthermore, when I couldn’t get to the garage to collect the car, the guys popped over and dropped the car off at my house - following a quick car check and payment made the car was mine. I’m happy I’ve got a great car at a great price with no complaints.

Great purchase - Volkswagen Polo
I haven't purchased from a used car dealer for several years and these guys made it easy. Their knowledge of the vehicle was second to none, the car was clean and the presentation was excellent. Hamia Motors would be my first stop next time I'm looking for a used car, although they don't have a large forecourt and collection of vehicles what they do have is good quality cars. The car was delivered to my front door which was a bonus.

I hadn’t purchased a vehicle before without viewing and driving it first (I was put off by a 3 hour journey). However, these Land Rover Defenders are being snapped up, so on seeing this particular one online, I knew this was the one. From start to finish, all my enquiries were dealt with immediately and explained fully. There was no hard sell or bombardment of calls. Instead I had time to leisurely absorb emails. The whole process went so smoothly and I was kept informed along the way. On collection, to my delight the vehicle was even better in person. There was a smooth and painless handover, with a briefing on the car. Refreshingly efficient and pleasant experience!
